At Haiti Royal Collection, all products are made to order. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

You received the wrong product
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue
Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be sent at no additional cost, or

A refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Normal wear and tear

Minor color variations due to screen settings
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
